I made this for the first time last night and we really liked them. I forgot to take a picture of them though. I will take a pic the next time I make them. I had the potatoes peeled before I was told about this recipe. It wouldn't matter if the skins were on or off.
Garlic & Parmesan Cheese Mashed Potatoes:
2-1/2 lbs. Red Potatoes, Unpeeled & Quartered
***You Can Peel Potato Skins
3 Garlic Cloves, Peeled & Minced
2 T. Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
Salt & Pepper, To Taste
1/4 Cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese In A Can
Put potatoes and garlic in pan.
Cover with water; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes until potatoes are tender; drain well.
Put potatoes in mixing bowl and mash with butter, milk, salt, pepper and Parmesan Cheese.
