These hires are done because they have been around great minds that understand the game. There have to be relationships that are created in order to have trust and credibility. “Being around great minds” is the excuse that is used. There are so many qualified coaches out there, who don’t get the same opportunities because they aren’t related to someone who’s been in the game for decades prior.These hires are done because they have been around great minds that understand the game. Well I am seeing so many of those that are around great minds that are successful.
