There is a station by my house that is at 1.89.
I don't see how this all on the president. I may not agree with everything he does, but it's not like the man has a joystick with which he steers the country and everything else.
American oil companies haven't spent big on newer refineries in years.

Maybe it's because money is not object to me 
or maybe I just have the attention span of a gnat, but I couldn't tell you what I paid last time I bought gas. I never pay any attention.
I agree, I don't think the president has much to do with the day to day prices of gas either. He could open up the reserves and the price would go down but it would eventually go back to the general range it started.
