Refs must be accountable for their f'ing terrible calls. Instant replay is supposed to be their out, their "oh sh#t, that was my bad" but if you're calling that targeting - this game, college football as a whole, is f'ing finished. It's bush league calls, by bush league refs who never suffer any consequences that are ruining this game.

College basketball is already unwatchable because there is no flow to the game. Any time a guy goes to the basket and there is any contact the whistle blows. College football will soon be like that. A perfect fundamental SAFE tackle and the guy gets tossed. They stop the game for 5 minutes and still get it wrong.
