I think it it's more like a joint, "let me get a hit off of that".  Some are disposable, some are rechargeable.   Of course there's probably some where you need an app.  :lol:

Just speculating here, but I assume if you need a whole backpack full of vapes then you intend on selling them.  And obviously the market is kids not old enough to buy vapes themselves.  Do those kids even have jobs?  Just wouldn't be my scheme, I guess.
