Glad no staff movement this offseason

We are gonna try this crazy thing called consistency and continuity.  If it works , think of all the coaches across the country who won’t get fired.

Just kidding.  College football fans love getting coaches fired.

That would have been pertinent information. Does Brown know DeWitt?
No clue if they have a prior relationship, but Jovan may be looking to return to coaching in the SE area of the U.S.  I'm not sure if Jovan or his wife have any family in that area, but it could be plausible for Dewitt wanting to be closer to family after his cancer the past year.

I guess the list of coaches with special teams and OLB coaching experience is probably somewhat short

I guess the gullible part of me would like to see what Dewitt can do in a 3rd year with the majority now being their players. But with the sh#tshow our special teams have been, my gut feeling is we could’ve/should’ve already seen vast improvement in that area if we were going to. OLB position may require 3 or 4 years and more talent than we’ve had but special teams seems to be a lot more dependent on coaching/scheme, priority, and player motivation. I like the idea of staff continuity but I don’t think we’d miss continuance of what our ST has been. Pretty sure we can do better.
