Go BIG RED.

Hey all,

Sooner fan here offering up support for your much beloved Cornhuskers. I hope the Huskers take USC to the woodshed today and teach them a lesson. Nebraska needs to return to its usual top ten form and a signature win today would do just that. It's not only good for the Huskers and their fans, but Nebraska returning to the elite level of college football is good for the Big 12, and good for college football in general.

It's the way it SHOULD be, without a doubt.

I always have and always will have a deep respect for Husker football. You have some of the greatest and most knowledgeable fans in college football. Always have, always will.

So...

GO BIG RED! BEAT USC and return Nebraska to its deserved place among the elite of college football, the way it was MEANT to be!

I want OU playing NU every year in the Big 12 Championship game

Thanks guys. It just ain't right that the Huskers aren't being ranked in the elite. It's what I grew up on, even when you beat us it was always a fair game and great respect between the two schools, and their fans.

I honestly mean it when I say that Nebraska Football is one of the greatest traditions in college football. I've rarely seen more knowledgeable fans than those at Nebraska. You have a great RESPECT FOR THE GAME, and that's what it is all about.

I'm not just rooting because I think it may be good for OU. It's what Nebraska, and college football fans everywhere deserve.

BRING BACK THE RESPECT THE HUSKER NATION DESERVES! And do it TODAY!

PS. Love the Chuck Norris thing.. Pepper spray for eyedrops. LOL :)

Thanks for the welcome! Ya, it's kind of a non-game for me today as far as OU goes. I don't mean any disrespect to Utah State, but come on.

Chuck Norris once punched a man in the soul! That's a good one! You've got a great sense of humor. Man, I'm looking forward to tonights game almost as if it was OU playing USC. We all know what USC did to OU in the title game a couple of years back. Well, it's time the Big 12 showed everyone what we're made of, and those hard fighting players from Nebraska are just the team to do it!

I really think last week's game at Wake Forest was pretty much a result of BC keeping it close to the vest and not wanting to show USC anything. Football players and coaches always talk about not looking ahead but how could you do anything but look ahead when you have the chance to reclaim what is rightfully yours, a return to the elite of college football with a win against the top team in the nation?

Personally, I think it will be a close game, but Nebraska will come through in the end. Even if Nebraska loses, and keeps it close you will most assuredly move up in the rankings. But I don't think that will be needed.

For everyone going to the game tonight, make it thunder in Memorial stadium. Your team deserves it.

Thanks for the kind words sir. I'll be at the game tonight and hope we can get a win for the Big XII so it shuts some of these so called "experts" up!!!! Go Sooners and Go Big Red!!!! :woo

The Sooners look f'ing godly this year! Me scurred when we have to play em
I'd love to see OU and NU play for the Big XII title. They way it's supposed to be, back in the days of the BIG 8. It's a long season folks, and Nebraska has just as much of a chance as anyone. Although Oklahoma has played well, like I said, it's a long season. Those two games were at home, and if the Huskers knock of USC, watch OUT football fans!

Thanks Sooner man! Along with others on this post, I have great respect for the Sooner Football Program. :hellloooo In fact, back in the day, I pulled for the Sooners every week except for that last week of November. God I miss those days! Your Sooners look very tough this year with speed everywhere on the field. Good luck today versus the Aggies of Utah St. and hope to see you in San Antonio in December.
