At least when Steve and Bill are gone we will be left with (IMO) great athletes and great facilities.....(Thanks for doing half your jobs)......if the next coach is worth his salt he should have no problem making an impact with the tools at hand. Hell, tons of teams are winning with half of what we have, time to find a hungry young guy who is ready to crack some skulls.

Agreed. Maybe Perlman is smarter then we thought. Got SP and BC to get the facilities and recruits, now he can replace them with Tom Osborne and a good coach.
