As some of you know my wife and I did the invitro process about 6 months ago or more. I thank those of you for your kind words during that tough time and appreciate you following our story. Unfortunately, that resulted in a miscarriage and really devistated us for a little while. Well, my wife and I went in again for the invitro process in December. We didn't tell anyone we were doing it as we wanted it to remain a secret. The main reason behind this is everyone knew this last time and bugged us about it every single day. Then we had to turn around and tell all these people that she had a miscarriage and it was emotionally draining on both of us. We went in to this invitro process with high hopes, but we kept ourselves calm and remained caustiously optimistic.
Well my wife is 10 1/2 weeks pregnant with twins. We are very excited once again, but we are remaining caustiously optimistic because we know how heartbroken we were last time. They say once you get out of the first trimester you are pretty much in the clear and we have officially been released from the fertility specialist to a regular OBGYN. Our Dr. says he thinks everything is going great and doesn't expect any issues, but again you never know. I just thought I would tell you all our good news and let you in on a new chapter to the story. Throw a prayer up to the big guy for us as we hope everything goes well with our future new additions.
