Grats Texas. We got outplayed in basically every aspect of the game. Hopefully we'll meet up in the NC game sometime down the road.

 
Yep, congrats to Texas. They own Nebraska and unlike others on here, I don't hate the Longhorns. I hate that our players and coaches over the last ten years or so have found ways to lose to Texas so many times. Texas plays like a winner and Nebraska plays like chokers whenever the two teams meet.

 
The fact is, we will FOREVER be known as the team that left the Big 12 because we couldn't beat Texas (unless we happen to meet them in the CCG, there is hope).

 
Fantastic game Texas fans, you did pretty much what you have always done. Good luck the rest of the way and hopefully we can do it one more time in Texas.

That's fine...does it matter? I'd much rather have the university as a whole benefit from the Big 10 association and live with that stigma, false as it is. Moving to the Big 10 is HUGE for the university as a whole. It's just that simple.

It's an amazing feat when you think about it. Interestingly enough, before the Big 12 was formed, Nebraska was leading the series against Texas 3-1. Now it's 10-4, Texas. They had our number in the Big 12.

Seemingly Nebraska had every advantage and yet.

And that right there is why I don't bet.

Well sir, I think you know that's not the case. NU left because the University couldn't get the business deal that it needed. And in this day and time, there's no shame in that. In fact, there's shame in staying.

And thank you to the NU fans for once again being the classiest folks in college football. Bar none.
