Greatest/favorite guitar solo songs??

The breakdown/solo cycle in Motley Crue's "Too Young to Fall in Love" gets me going every time.

The song "Stars" by Hum has this same effect. Amazing jam.

I guess a lot has to do with where/when you were when you heard the song.

I remember when I was 17 and dating a 20Yr old cousin of my best friend..We'd be parked for hours in her Plymouth Barracuda with the inadequate backseats and she'd be playing the 8-track of

4bt_-R5LInU

loud enough to scare the corn..Trying to get me drunk on Budweiser and wearing out our tongues.

Really enjoying checking some of these songs out (for the 1st time).

"Stars" is pretty good.

Motley Glam Rock still sucks hard, but it's also interesting to listen to again.

Probably the best cover of a Willie Dixon song (Just because of the guitar/Plant "duet")

Also found this (just when I started to think JP was a little over rated)

Maybe just me, but the song "Bat County" by Avenged Sevenfold has a swett guitar solo/duet (too much noise for me to decipher) towards the end that has a nifty video game sound to it....

yeah, I said nifty....

good station for rock in Phoenix and on the net:

IMO another great solo that has'nt been mentioned is the last solo on Peter Frampton's "Do you feel like we do". on Frampton comes alive. That was an awesome work.
