Ha ha! This will haunt Greta Van Susteren for her whole career. Which may not be much longer.

 
It was a dumb mistake, but even if it cost someone their job, that wouldn't be Van Susteren. They'll fire a producer or a tech. The on-air talent has very little to do with which graphics are used.

 
Can you say 'none issue'? Mistakes happen, no one should be getting fired over this. Maybe they deserve a stern talking to, but that's about it.

 
The thing is Fox News has a lot of these "mistakes". This aint no technical malfunction, it's deliberate.

Yeah Fox News doesn't have a great track record when it comes to these "mistakes". But I also wouldn't be surprised if the employees of that network honestly can't tell the difference between two black women, being that there are so few of them invited on it. <_<
