Tom Dienhart over at Sporting News says WF officials have confirmed that Grobe met w/TO in Atlanta.

You know, Pelini has been my first choice for weeks, but I'm warming to Grobe. Wouldn't be disappointed if he got the job.

The thing I like about this guy is he took that program over and made them a much better football team. He is also young enough that he could be around for a while if he took NU over. I would rather have him than Pelini because he has the experience. :thumbs

Yeah, Callahan would get a kick out of it if Grobe were hired. He did win the ACC between playing us two years ago and this year. Never thought I'd see that happen. He could be a long timer here.
