GT: Illinois at Nebraska - 7:30PM - BTN

The offense is still tough to watch. It is so hard to have two guys carrying so much of the scoring load.

That being said, 2-2 and right back in the thick of it. Lots of basketball left to play and the way this team can play defense should keep us in the hunt all year long.

The crowd was decent numerically, but hard to stay in it enthusiastically with our sluggish style of offense......just hard to watch.......even sitting in the arena....

Definitely would've been more points scored had the refs called more fouls that were there. 13 FTs total last night, 8 by Illinois and 5 by Nebraska.

Yes, I've got to agree with you there. A number of times Shavon drove the baseline and was mugged but no whistle.

Even if you call it a charge or a travel or a block........SOMETHING happens when a moving object has it's trajectory changed and bodies hit the floor.

Refs last night were mere bystanders.....

I thought the refs were hit and miss. But I will say I do enjoy a game much better when they let them play like last night compared to the 35 fouls a piece on each team.
