GT: Incarnate Word at Nebraska - 7PM - ESPN3

This is a team that missed a wide open layup on a fast break and there best player was out for the last two minutes

Too many injures and not a lot of smart basketball being played right now.

1. Why was tai in at the end of the game?. He can't shoot free throws and had a costly turnover.

2. I seriously think we need to bench Walt for a game. Show him he needs to put in work and quit partying so damn much.

Terrible.

That inbounds turnover (by Petteway?) up 1 point with 6.7 seconds left followed by IW taking advantage sealed it.

Didn't seem like the team or crowd had much energy tonight from my TV view.

 
my golly- i should have left with 3 mins left, but felt compelled to stay. Guys have gotta get their heads on straight or this is just the beginning of a very long season.

 
No HB meltdown? Dang, only a dozen of us on here. Moses out for a few weeks, it will hurt us not having him or Smith inside when we head to B10 play.

 
we can only hope that things get clicking pretty soon and they play closer to their potential through conference play. finish hot again.

but they have a couple bad losses already. they need to get going and finish hot.

even though i was happy to see CU win (sorry guys), i really hate to see them losing at home. they have to, pun intended, lock down the vault. that home court advantage has to be real. i got to believe their issues are mental. they had a good year last year and are expecting it to be easier to stay at that level of play than it is.

We will find out how tough this team is come Saturday.

Also why does firing people have to come up after every loss in a sport Tim Miles will get us our first tourney win and Michigan will make the tourney despite two bad losses that look worse than Nebraska

Obivously the tourney is not out of the picture...but...3 losses now (split with Cincy and Hawaii?) that is 4 losses heading conference play...if you split there and go 8-8...you have 12 losses...with 3 of them being IW/RI/CU...

That is not looking great...but they open up with some weak Big 10 play, so that is a plus

Went to the game and we are still missing 2 players - a point guard & center. I love Benny's intensity, but our half court offense just sucks when he is in the game. And PItchford can not even pronounce defense, let alone spell it.
