Indeed. When people learn that Kyle Rittenhouse drove 20 miles rather than 30 miles, his night of tomfoolery doesn't seem so bad.

Also, turns out you were wrong about ownership of the gun. Friend was simply holding Kyle's AR-15 for him.

Me = right

You = not so much

Genuinely curious where a pistol fits into a hunting scenario. Is it in addition to a rifle, or are you hunting with pistols?

+1 for Gravy Seals, btw.
Mostly hog hunting. Backup just in case and is cheaper than the rounds (.458 socom & .308 Winchester) I have chambered in my two ARs. I often will just carry a knife or at least previously have. I would do the same for bear if I ever did that. Probably nothing else for any other target species.

I do have a 10mm pistol which would be plenty capable for bear defense/stop a charging hog or even hunt one.

“As established through the trial testimony of Dominick Black and Mr Rittenhouse, the Smith & Wesson M&P 15 rifle … was purchased by Dominick Black but was to become the legal property of Kyle Rittenhouse upon his 18th birthday,” Richards’ filing said.

After more research into that image people are saying it is not real.

Could easily be doctored. Increasingly hard to tell.

But if you Google "Open Carry Photos" you'll get plenty that aren't.

Just two totally normal rational guys grabbing a soda and a sandwich, nothing wrong with that!

Looks like a nice littler afternoon of catching up and talking about the old times.

Yes. I have been charged before.

And that's what the hand gun is for, yes? As you said before, it'll stop a hog (or bear), and the rounds are cheaper than your AR.

Just imagine hunting wild boar back in the Middle Ages. Instead of a standoff weapon, you've got a sharp stick, or a pike, or bow. That's not an animal I'd want furious with me with one of those weapons in hand.
