Star Wars movies are usually pretty funny in their own right.  I fully expect this film to be a tweaked version of Guardians of the Galaxy, and not in a good way.

I think that was their first instinct when they hired the guys behind the Lego Movie. However, they pivoted halfway through filming, fired them, and brought Ron Howard in. 

 
So we've probably all seen the images of the Millennium Falcon with the nose section we're not used to.  Leave it to the merchandisers to give us our explanation why it looks that way.

The full front of the Falcon is a cargo hold, according to model maker Bandai.  Detached, it looks more familiar.

I'll admit that last trailer got me excited. Still doesn't seem like Han though. I wish this guy could portray the same bravado that Ford did, but he just doesn't have it for some reason.

The actor had to get special acting lessons after filming had started. There was a "thing" made of it. I thought he looked alright from the trailer. Also, I can just tell myself since this is young Han, he wasn't as confident yet.

I knew about the acting lessons. The problem is he isn't that young in the movie. Maybe it will be like Casino Royale and the character we know and love all comes together at the end of the movie.
