Handicap Accessibility
Accessible parking is available in the parking lot directly west of the track & field facility (see map in Fan Guide). Persons with a state-issued disabled parking permit are eligible to park in this lot - the permit-holder must be in the vehicle upon entrance. Shuttle buses will run from this lot to the stadium beginning three hours prior to game time, and will run continuously throughout the game (shuttle service will continue after the game as necessary). Contact the POSSE at 405-744-7301 or 877-2B-POSSE for details. The south side of Boone Pickens Stadium offers elevators for those fans needing assistance to access the mezzanine, Club or Suite levels. Accessibility on the north side is limited due to construction.

Disabled Parking:Parking for the disabled is available on campus on a first-come, first-served basis for a $10 fee per car. Booster Lots 5, 9 and 12 have spaces reserved for those with state-issued handicap parking tags or license plates. Ten extra-wide stalls, reserved for lift-equipped vans are available in Lot 5. Booster Lots 5 and 9 have free cart shuttle service for persons with disabilities to Memorial Stadium. Lot 8 has spaces for the disabled and pre-assigned stalls for lift-equipped vans, but will not be a game-day only cash lot. Free public parking for the disabled is available at hooded meter spots on 14th and Vine. Additional public parking for the disabled is available at 19th and R streets, also for $10 per game. This lot is 10 blocks from the stadium, but has a free bus shuttle service that runs throughout the game to the East side of the stadium and generally does not reach capacity.

EDIT-- oops, I see that most of this was covered already!

"Parking for the disabled is available on campus on a first-come, first-served basis for a $10 fee per car. "Fans are encouraged to enter the stadium at the gate printed on their ticket; however, fans can enter games 3 through 24 to access East, North and West Stadium via the new concourse. There are no steps at Gate 16, and Gates 15 and 16 are handicap accessible."

I'll bite. Of course there handicapped access into the stadium. Hello? How would the blackshirts get in?

Sorry.

I wonder how hard they will scrutinise the in state handicap plate rule?

We do have a placard jut not an in state plate.

well i just went there with my work, i work with children who are handicapped and all we had a place card and parked in lot 5 no problem. but i mean we had about 7 kids who were visibly disabled so...obviously people usually don't give us any guff.
