While you're wearing your green and drinking your green beer, or green whatever, don't forget that blue is the actual, and original, color of St. Patrick. Suckas.

Technically, blue is the color for the Order of St. Patrick but that is neither here nor there. But St. Patrick's day has now become more of a secular celebration of Ireland, and not the Catholic Feast of St Patrick so we wear green due to the wearing of clovers on St. Patrick's day.

And I spent my night drinking Smithwicks... green beer is a tragedy.
