2 Sources have told 610 Sports Radio that, barring any unforeseen circumstances, Stanford Coach Jim Harbaugh will fly to Lawrence following Saturday's Heisman Trophy Ceremony to accept the deal to be the new Kansas Head Coach.  He's expected to have an annual salary of $2.7 million a year.  In a statement, KU Athletic Director Lew Perkins said  that the process is "ongoing" and "We have not offered the Head Coaching position to anyone."  Stay tuned to 610 Sports Radio for more on this developing story

Do you have any idea who's at the top of the wish list? Seems like everyone in KC has their own coach in mind and it's hard to get a read on who KU really wants.

Staying at Stanford. No surprise to me at all. Harbaugh is the type of guy to do this to get more $$$ out of Stanford. Looks like maybe that is what happened? Stanford job > KU job...would have been surprised if he took KU.
