Ok....I'm going to bite.....why is this popular? The "Harlem Shuffle" I mean.....where did it come from?

Look it up on Urban dictionary for a good dark comedy laugh, I'd link to it but it's probably not entirely appropriate.

Grinding 24/7 is needed to win a national championship, but you also need to release stress and have some fun. It helps with your mental health and also relaxes your body from the stresses that come from grinding hard.

Word from a walk-on friend is that he got a text late friday night saying "Coach Bo wants to make a Harlem Shake video....bring x and y to practice".
