I think the rumor was started because he had not yet signed. Looks like he has signed with USF now. So Nebraska is probably doe with these 20 plus Bell the WR from 2008

Maybe I’m odd but I enjoyed the last few years when there was the possibility of a surprise signee. This year was just business as usual which is fine as well just not very exciting. But like I said I may just be odd that way.

Ray I believe is a :star :star :star from Florida. Had verbal'd to ARK but MU came in late. He is a little burner. Small WR with great speed. Apparently he loved MU and wanted to switch but was presurred from his parents to honor his commit
