god the browns are dumb. chudzinski is one of, hell might be THE ONLY coach in the NFL who actually makes correct 4th down decisions and has reasonably good clock/game management. And he got a lot out of that team given they have the worst QB situation in the league, no running back, and a no-name defense. But alas, management is always results-oriented and 4 wins doesn't cut it I guess...still, my god, one year and gone? That organization is so screwed.

I never understood that about the NFL either.

Probably a good fit for him as well coming from a private academic institution. He will understand how things will have to be.
