I found a cache of old candy that was leftover from last Halloween. Been munching on it this afternoon. :lol:

i like that this thread could be re-titled 'nuance eats snacks'. it is the highlight of my day.

This is pretty much what I look like right now.

I should probably bump that Diet Thread that I started last year. LOL

Three's only the "after", and it looks like, well, nothing. I could show a pic of the bathroom scale at 219 lbs, and then at 220. That'd be about right.

A lot of my snacking is due to a butcher shop right across the street that I see all day from my desk. The place has cheese, various snack meats (beef sticks and such), and an assortment of snacks and candy. That place is responsible for about 10 lbs of my body weight. The hunk of cheese was Shullsburg Colby. A veritable nectar of the cheese gods. The Butcher Block across the street keeps it in a huge 10" wheel. I buy about 3/4 inch at a time. And it is usually gone within a week. Or sooner.

Come to think of it, I'm out of it right now. Be back in 10 minutes. :lol:

I'll just throw this out there. BEER!!!!!!!!! The worlds greatest invention hands down.

I will have to say this is the second greatest invention. Easy women are the first! ( which granted usually beer plays a part in this)

And thanks for reminding me of how little sleep I got last night. My three month old little girl was killin me last night. It was my turn last night, and very little sleep was had.
