Something squirrely happened yesterday. A squirrel rode to and from work with me in the undercarriage of my truck. I think he was on top of the spare tire.

you want to talk about bs, epson printers. those are garbage. i only use it for black and white printing. yet, periodically i have to replace the color cartridges (there are three of them) otherwise it refuses to print. it is like paying a licensing fee to use the damn thing and it is a huge waste. printing is bad enough for the environment, but now i need to throw out/recycle perfectly good and full cartridges? it is criminal for so many reasons.

does anyone have any advice?

I feel your pain. I've got an HP printer and it has 6 (or more, I'd have to look) color cartridges. Even though I've configured it to print B&W it still will not print without replacing some cartridges that expired. I rarely print so they aren't empty cartridges. It's very annoying. I was thinking HP should be giving away these printers if they are going to force people to buy color cartridges.

4 inches of rain in the last 24 hours. 1 inch of water in basement, bubbling up through the floor. Damn.
