i was talking with a guy at my kids flag football game this morning...turns out he is great friends with fran...he was telling me that today's game is important for fran, not only to keep his job for next week but also to look good for nebraska.....i asked him if he has spoken to nebraska...this guy told me that he was approached by an NU alumni about interest in the NU job.....Now i doubt this is anything more than an alumni just asking around on his own but it is interesting....i dont think it is a good option for us but i would say fran likes the running game and would embrase the walk on program...
