Wow, I hadn't seen that video before, easily the fastest player on the field every play.Still one of my favorite highlight videos.
Yeah. A LOT of sick runs on that vid. Pretty impressive run at the 00:58 mark. Braylon gets tattooed at the 20 yd line by a LB. Somehow manages to stay on his feet. Rolls out of the tackle and scampers in for the score. Wow. Just wow. Incredible balance, and tough running. :thumbs :Still one of my favorite highlight videos.
It has more to do with depth this year than recruiting. The two most likely people on the team to get hurt are Rex and Taylor. After Rex we really don't have a 1-2 punch at RB. We group our RBs for situations and types of plays. Heard was Rex's back up a the majority of his reps last year. Ameer was the first "change up" type guy followed by Green.Glad they did this now instead of waiting until the 3rd game of the season to realize we were thin. This might indicate we're having some issues in recruiting at this position as well.
This really bothers me. We bulked up last year and slowed down because we didn't know how to use our new bodies. Of course we were feeding guys pizzas after bowl practices to add weight and those calories were crap for the guys. If I'm not mistaken the person for that took a "promotion' at another school. For the record... Beck said Abdullah has bulked up as well. He said he didn't even recognize him the other day cause he has put on weight and looks a lot bigger.
