Why should anyone care that the Macbook Air is so small? I prefer my laptops to be inexpensive and powerful and this laptop is definitely not inexpensive.

Same reason people by RAZR phones or similar gear - they want "sexy", and most of them will give up usability, features or power for that.

I had a RAZR and it was the worst phone I've ever owned!!!! I'm going to take it to the rifle range with me and blow the hell out of it!!! :clap
