He's not a bookie

His show doesn't keep track of how accurate the predictions are (some do)

So chances are he doesn't do deep research on teams outside of the game he's calling, the teams on Game Day and the top ten.

As far as production value - it would be very boring if every one agreed on every pick.

He does have a point. It is a little early to start crowing. (And he is probably getting a lot of social media noise from Husker fans convinced that "We're back, baby"). Huskers have 4 wins, but have not beaten anyone who currently is over .500. Beat Wisconsin (and don't lose one they shouldn't) and either beat or lose respectably to tOSU and win a bowl game, finish in the top 10 and then may its time to start making some noise.

Do I like the trend? Absolutely, Am I starting to get a bit more faith and hope in this staff? Of course, But, there is still a lot to prove and certainly it is not time to start talking smack about 4 measly wins.

I get what he's saying... But hell hath no fury like a pissed off Husker fan. I get it, he doesn't think much of Nebraska (didn't pick us against Oregon or NW), but to say "When is the last time you've had a meaningful season?" is a tad harsh.

He isn't biased against Nebraska. Ohio State fans in general think well of Nebraska/Nebraska fans.

My guess, he saw that tweet and a clever line popped into his head. Can't fault him for using it. And, he isn't wrong.

Is it stupid for a random fan to text KH about him being wrong? Sure it is stupid and wrong, but not unexpected by 1 of the thousands of dumb Nebraska/Football fans in the world. But, shouldn't Kirk be a little above that? Shouldn't he have a little thicker skin than that? Doesn't this stuff come with the territory?

He's a tool. And the fact that it may be accurate doesn't matter. He's saying it to be a d!(k.

Pretty thin skin to start taking pot shots at an entire fanbase because he doesn't like being called out for being wrong. Pathetic, if you as me.
