Hipp says walk-on cuts will take away dreams

Hipp was one of the players that I followed when I was a kid. I appreciated where he is coming from as a walk-on himself. HOWEVER, what people need to understand is that we have a head coach who has a HUGE mission to accomplish. I have to believe that BC has evaluated the challenge ahead and what is necessary to EFFECTIVELY implement his system and what he feels will bring a championship back to Neb. where it belongs. He seems to have a plan and is executing it. He cannot afford to fail considering his experience in Oakland. Let's face it guys, if we win, most of these conversations will be forgotten. Go Big Red!

 
People talk like he is going to cut the program totally. If the walk on players are good

enough, they will make the team. If they aren't, they won't. Instead of possibly like

it is now where you just ride along with the team = dead weight.
