Well, according to this Riley has the most talented team in the last 25 years at Nebraska if you go by "star rankings". Take that for how you see it.

I was questioning that number but haven't gotten to look into it yet. We didn't bring in a huge number of highly-rated guys this year so I'm not sure it should have jumped up that much.

Ya, that is a huge jump in one season, I guess maybe overall the senior class was high in walk-ons and it was a bigger recruiting class with higher average ratings? Just my initial hypothesis.
