How about some props for the O-Line

The o-line was totally awesome today. Not once was TA flushed out of the pocket or in any danger. A very solid performance. John Garrison's coaching is starting to show. This is a young, hungry, eager group. Also, notice that there weren't any stupid false starts or other silly penalties. The few calls that were made were suspect. Think about this: this was basically an entirely new line, playing together for the first time in a game, and they played with the chemistry of a line that had played for a long time together. A great, great job.

Most yards from scrimmage since 1991. We've had some decent lines since then and played some lesser opponents with those lines. Not saying these guys are in the same discussion but that's pretty impressive in my book.

My favorite take-away: I think it was the second offensive play..? And I saw Alex Lewis give someone a real nice shoulder well after the whistle. Like the fire.

Also think he's going to be good for some penalties late in the year, but oh well.

I was very impressed with Givens Price and Chongo Kondolo. Wouldn't mind seeing those 2 take control of the right side as the season progresses.

I have a sense that the O-line did great. After all, 784 offensive yards. Still, I look forward to seeing the replay so I can watch both O-line and D-line more carefully.
