Section IV, page 108, paragraph 3, subparagraph F of the Big 12 Conference rule book: No Nebraska defensive player can tackle, touch or interfere in any way with a quarterback playing for a Texas-based team before, during or after said qb takes a snap from center. Penalty will be 15 yards.
