The current state of recruiting is the most baffling part of Trev's decision to retain Frost.

Tanking the program permanently is a risk Trev was willing to take as long as his buddy could stay employed an extra season or two.

like what's going to excite a recruit about the state of the program right now? 

A lot of the out of state players we are bringing in have character issues. We recruit a lot better than other programs but we also have a hell of a lot of misses character issues and aren't around long. It starts by getting in state players
