How Herbie Husker got his updated look

Well, the ol Herbie used to win all those mascot contests til they finally banned him for winnin' too much. Don't know how you could improve on that.

BTW, did they finally dump Lil Red, can't say as I saw "it" bouncing around @ games last year?
