How Important is Cody Glenn

I'd be willing you bet my house, car, and job on that Benard. A fourth and 1 that Glenn doesnt get, has more factors to it than, defense stopping him. It results from a busted play, or a "slip" or such. Glenn is the kind of guy that thrives on the "okay, they are here to stop me....watch this". He will do to USC, what he does to La. Tech...and Nicholls state...and how he will do to everyone else NU plays.
HELLS YEAH!!

:cheers

When has Bernard been concerned with such trivial things as "proof" and "evidence"??? Why dont you go out there and try to tackle all 230 lbs of him??? I know this much, I feel pretty damn confident that we are gonna get the first on 3 and 1 with Glenn in there, and I dont care if f'ing Ray Lewis is lined up on the other side of the line...

I do... Cody might get stabbed!!

having a guy who can do the short yardage in the red zone is like having money in the bank.

Glenn has been great over the last year on all those short yardage situations. But I'm wondering if he can catch the ball. Lucky has caught a number of passes and we need someone else to step up for those short passes. Cory was one of our leading receivers last season. On many WCO plays the RB is often the hot receiver.
I think Cody has good hands, but what about the other backs beside Lucky. Has a pass been thrown to any of the other backs? I can't remember. I do think Cody is capeable of more than short yardage though.

How important is CG on third or fourth and short? To have the ability to sustain drives and control the clock could be very important next week at USC. Also the offensive line should get their props. They did a great job last week.
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Benard, all you ever do is post these one-liners and never explain your opinions. Why do you think Glenn won't run over USC? Is it because of your time warp with Frankie? Is it because you don't like Callahan? Is it because you just don't think the OL is good enough? Or you don't think Glenn is good enough?

Good grief! Present your argument! Hello? :bang

Brandon Jackson had a couple of receptions last game. I think he totaled about 30 yards but I could be wrong.

We will see. Last year he looked good against weaker teams but against tough competition he couldn't do much.

Don't bother, he won't bother to put his money where his sniveling bullsh#t comes out of.

Glenn will be able to get it done against USC just the same.

And we all know how accurate your predictions are, right?

Such, as, oh, your predictions about last season’s record?

Or your prediction about NU’s chances at the NCAA tournament?

Or your prediction that Incognito would clean up his act and have a great last season at Oregon?

Wait a minute - I know! Your uncanny ability to predict bowl winners! Remember this boast?

Given that claim, you must have finished first, right? Uh, no. Second? Nope. Surely you didn’t place out of the money, right? Wrong – not even in the top three.

We could of easily had 7 wins last year. That kstate game made the season. I'm glad you don't have a life and want to look up all this crap. To bad you don't post all my predictions that have come true.
