How many friends do you usually bring to Lincoln on game day?

I ask because I have the hardest time getting a big group of my friends to go. You should hear the excuses I get! Now, there is a chance I am just the worlds worst person and they hate me, I get that, but, we are coming from Omaha, its a short drive but still, I am lucky to get a group of 3 of us.

What about you guys? Do you find it difficult or do your friends jump at the chance?

Last year, I brought a buddy from Cali to a game and he was shocked at how great it was, how much fun it was and he doesn't like football all that much or drinking!

But, my Omaha buddies seem to need more convincing.

Teach, If you'd host an HB tailgate and announce it on here I'll bet you would have 10 to 20 people show up. Interwebz friends.

As many as we can fit in the van...

Friends are fine but not all are Husker Fans even though we wish they were. I have stopped inviting anyone other than solid Husker Fans to the house for games. They detract from the game and eat me out of house and home. On the 31st we will be heading to Lincoln on Friday but it will just be me, C-Bear and Battery. Die Hard Big Red fans all. T_O_B

See, i am kind of the opposite on this. For me, hitting Lincoln for the games is more about the hanging out, drinking and partying, hitting old bars then it is being serious Husker fan. I watch the entire game, every play, but I don't need to watch it like I am breaking down film.

I might be misreading what you mean but I just like game day for the atmosphere.
