How many NU fans at Cotton Bowl

Heard on the Dallas news that there was close to 40,000 NU fans..we were pretty close to selling out our side but Auburn had a lot of open seats and a lot of NU fans were on there side as well..as far as ticket prices on game day I sold one for $15

On TV it appeared there was a fairly hefty Sea of Red in the Cotton Bowl.
