how many wins you think the 2008 team can muster up this year...i was looking over the schedule , and i think its possible they can get 5 wins, and with some luck ,,maybe 6...am i correct, or wrong?

I don't think you can be right or wrong just yet with your predictions. Teams can grow, improve, and change themselves as the season goes on. On the other hand, teams can also settle, roll over and die. Personally I think this team is capable of 8 wins this year if they do some improving instead of rolling over.

Well, we should blowout NMSU, so that's 3 Ws. The VT game will show alot; I really expect us 2 win that one, by 7 or less.

If we lose that one, all rmng games will be toss ups, IMO-maybe Baylor a sure W.

I think we'll con't. 2 improve, but nothin's gonna come easy after this wk. I'd be happy w 7 Ws and a bowl victory at this point. :restore

well... 2-0 + new mexico state + iowa st + baylor + k st = 6.

but i think 7 for sure... possibly 8 or 9 if they can pull something out

If we get the running game down, good chance for 8, if we only pass.....7 and everyone better have their lucky shirt on! :corndance

I don't think the Clones is a gimme at this point, especially @ Ames.

Our line play on both sides, and 2ndary aren't strong enough 2 show me we won't be in nailbiters all yr. MO, TT, and KU r better than us now and is the 'class' of the conf.

There'll be surprises though of which we should benefit from 1 or 2.

Everybody wants 2 beat NE, though, even if we're not a powerhouse, so we'll have 2 earn all Ws. :box

I think that 8 is a reasonable # of wins it could very easily be less I can see that. I personally like newearthhuskers prediction hopefully in the future that will happen. I really really do not believe that Bo and his staff would let them roll over. I see them improving every week IMO. I really can't wait to see what they do against this awesome big 12 competition. I hope for the best but am prepared for the worst.

My wife and I are heading to Ames this year should be fun. We will be tailgating with a bunch of Clones alums. I think that game to will be closer than we would like though.
