How the hell does a 7-6 team have #8 ranked recruiting class in the nation by Rivals?

I can speak from personal experience that I considered UNO for my first graduate program. Got all excited to go out there over Winter break and BOOM...got off the plane and it was 7 degrees outside. Mind was made up right then. Kids that are from the South, another warm weather climate, or simply like warm weather feel 7 degrees and then see that another locale is experiencing 68 degrees and sunny on a late December afternoon are going to let it affect their recruiting decision. No doubt about it.
