Personally I dont think we need to change the offense much, just maybe try to run more than the 3 same running plays over and over that never seem to work. :sarcasm Seriously, have you ever seen a Nebraska team that was so ineffective running the ball? Maybe we could hire the Cowboy's O-Coordinator Jason Garrett. He's young, smart (Princeton), and knows the game (dad was a coach). Hell maybe we could even hire him as the HC if Pelini didn't work out. Just some thoughts.

I believe Garrett is beeing groomed to be the Cowboys next head coach.

I would imagine the boosters and the board of regents are a little miffed as I would be surprised if they weren't. However, no matter what we want Cally isn't going to be leaving for at least a couple of years. Get some new assistants in here on the defensive side of the ball and tell Cally to actually let the offensive coordinator do his job and call the plays. Let's see if we improve and then if we don't I'm sure Cally will be gone. He can recruit, but all I've seen is our guys go down as far as athletic ability.
