My thoughts exactly. I recorded it to watch later today and caught a few minutes of it this morning. It was a lot of video we've seen but just put into different edits and a lot of the questions/answers were related to things that happened during the last eight months.

 
Though it was interesting that when asked about the receivers being the best group Frost mentioned that he wasn't so sure, citing improvement from other position groups.

That really stuck out to me as well.  We know the talent we have at receiver so that tells me some other groups are really performing at a high level.  

 
I thought it was a good watch. Not exciting if you've seen everything up until this point, but for those that have a life it gets you up to speed as a season primer.
