$180 for a pair of shoes that you couldn't wear 20 times without severe degradation of the soles.

Look how thin the rubber on the bottom of these things are. So cheaply made.

I only own Adidas as far as running shoes and they don't seem to be made cheaply at all imo.  Quite sturdy in fact but I don't see myself plunking down 180 bucks for those shoes anyhow although I think they're pretty cool looking.

Are they durable or do they just look good?

Both from what he tells me. In my experience with the adidas, I'm always more concerned about the knit materials on the top rather than anything on the sole area. But I also would not be dropping $180 on any shoe whatsoever #ClearanceRack4Life

They are fantastic shoes. A large portion of our track kids wear them as their trainers. Ultra boosts are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. Without question. I have two pair, one gold and one black. It’s like running on a cloud.

I've worn my 2 pairs of ultraboosts into the ground, I own way to many pairs of shoes and usually wear my boosts everyday, easily get over a year and a half of wear on them before I start to wear the outsole off. I'll second that they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Yet to have an Issue with the flyknit material tearing.

The Boost shoes I had felt like walking on marshmallows when they were new, but after they had a little wear on them they felt about like any other shoes. :dunno My current shoes are from their Bounce family (Alphabounce Beyond, to be exact).
