Dear Santa or Whoever Can Deliver to Husker Nation...
1. Good health in the New Year for Coach Frost and all the boys.
2. Continue to reclaim the Great Husker Legacy and Big Red pride.
3. Great new talent from around the USA who aren’t afraid of upper Midwest Plains weather in November.
4. A bowl game after the 2019 regular season. One of the better ones.
5. Future games against teams that are NOT always along Interstate 80. Any direction but East.
6. A really good regular rival. An Oklahoma-good rival. Iowa and Wisconsin and Northwestern and Da Ohio...etc. just don’t measure up. Never will. They are nowhere near Oklahoma intense.
7. Running holes by the O-Line that are “Big enough to drive a hay baler through!” like years ago.
8. More late afternoon and night games. Morning is time to sleep or run errands.
9. Find forgiveness as we watch the ongoing success of that old Big Eight rival team from down South. The one that now has four Heisman Winners since the Huskers had one.
10. Good health, prosperity, and a peaceful heart for all of Husker Nation and everyone else, too.
