As far as Teamer, anyone have any insight as to why he is pondering leaving. I know he has had some injury problems.
But Turner, a 6-foot-3, 230-pound defensive end prospect, chose Nebraska.
"It came down to a hard decision, but I just went with my heart," Turner said.
As for turning down Tennessee?
"I mean, your hometown state," Turner said. "That's hard."
Flatt believes Nebraska defensive line coach John Blake had a lot to do with Turner's decision.
"I think he did a great job," Flatt said of Blake.
Turner said the coaches, the facilities and a "crazy amount of fan support" impressed him the most on his visit
