Husker odds on ESPN...15-1

This is alright with me. We need to stay below the radar this year (rebuidling year) so that we can upset some teams when they come to town or when we go to visit. Every team in the North (besides Iowa State) has a chance at the North Title. I don't care what the chances are but we have to look after number one. Lets just win our games and let those other people talk about whoever else first.

rebuilding year? We have way to much talent for this to be a rebuilding year.

 
You don't bring in all new coaches and a brand new system and not call it a rebuilding year. I don't know what your idea of a rebuilding year is but it doesn't mean that we will have down year by any means. In my opinion, it just means that we will not be where we want to be as far as progress. Our goal is national championship and this is not the year that we will get it......we are BUILDING for the future right now.

Well, correct me if I'm wrong but we basically brought in all new coaches last year and a totally different defensive scheme and Barney was making his way to a more balanced offensive end and we went 10-3 and they all got fired.
