Ah, Don’t put words in my mouth. Ha ha. I never said I was against it, I just think the practice of prayer in this instance is a little funny, especially when it never gets completed, or at least rarely does.
Seems more superstitious to me. And I have my own superstitions. I truly believe that if I bet on the huskers that they will lose.
The blackshirts. Runzas. An odd looking Herbie Husker. They seem more like traditions to me.
In all seriousness, I know the husker prayer has gotten a lot more attention this year and last. Do you know when it started being used?
