This is a marketing effort that's been popping up on college football related forums lately. Apparently, Anna here is also a long-time fan of many other teams. It even uses the same handle (or variant where it is already taken) and signs its posts "anna" on the others. A quick search for "tshirtquiltstexas.com" returns similar posts to this one.
