I've been working on this for a while, and while its still not perfect, I thought I would share. It is not a 'theme' exactly, it is simply a 'visual style'. You will have to change much of your appearance features if you want it to look like the photos below. I hope it doesn't have too many glitches, though I know they are inevitable. Please feel free to comment. If you have issues just ask, and enjoy.
Instructions:
DOWNLOAD the file and unzip it. Cut and paste it into what ever directory you want (ie: C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes). Open the VistaHusker folder and double click the VistaHusker Short Cut. When the Display window opens, click Apply and then OK. That should take care of most of it. You will have to make the rest of the adjustment manually.
