Did anyone else get their 8-13 year old signed up for this bad boy? I told my 8 year old daughter about it and she wasn't to hip on the idea until I told her she got to go down on the field and probably run out of the tunnel then she told me to try and get her in. She was one of the lucky 450 that got in this morning. So on March 28th we get to go down and watch practice and she gets to do some drills. It should be a good time. The son wanted to go as well but he is only 6 so he has to wait a couple years.

Online registration for the 450 spots in the 2009 Husker Youth Experience filled up in 55 minutes and I was one of the lucky ones. :clap

I'll be at Memorial Stadium on a Saturday morning watching spring practice and oh yeah, my 9 year old will get to go through some drills with the players and coaches too.

I logged on at 10:00 a.m. and managed to get two of my boys signed up. It will be the first time for my 8-year-old. My 12-year-old has been before and really enjoyed it. It was great for me to go and watch.
